Gary Seagraves, Owner and Operator, brings over 30 years of expertise in composite manufacturing, including five years dedicated to the aerospace and defense sector. During this time, he successfully managed a composite fabrication facility that manufactured composite parts for industry leaders. In the 1990s, he co-founded Rocket Science Snowboard Manufacturing, Inc., pioneering the use of prepreg fiberglass in snowboard construction with heated CNC aluminum molds, an innovation that significantly enhanced both productivity and performance. In the 2000s, Mr. Seagraves collaborated with polymer chemists at Petritech, Inc. to develop and manufacture a less toxic MDI polyurethane foam blank tailored for the surf industry. He holds a Business Degree from San Diego State University and possesses extensive knowledge of AS9100 standards, complemented by a robust background in manufacturing and repairing composite materials. His proficiency encompasses various processes, including vacuum bagging, prepregs, wet layup, resin infusion, mold and plug building, honeycomb cores, foams, balanced ply layup, silicones, and finishing techniques. He is steadfastly committed to achieving competitive excellence and delivering products and services that are meticulously designed, produced, and maintained to meet or exceed customer expectations.
